INTERLAKE BREWING CO. was started in 2021 by Graeme Maclean and Kristin MacCary. After years of brewing and traveling the world, they decided to come back to Manitoba and bring their experience and fresh ideas to their favourite place to be, the Interlake.

With a 500 liter brewhouse, INTERLAKE BREWING CO. will be one of the smallest microbreweries in the province. This means when you visit our brewpub you can expect everything on the menu to be fresh, unique, and constantly rotating. The advantage of small batch is the opportunity for experimentation with all kinds of ingredients and flavours crafted for the beer explorer.
